Propaganda = cashless! Fast and easy payments at the bar with your card.
There will not be an ATM available. The following payment methods are possible: Maestro, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard or cash.
Eco Token
You’ll receive an eco-token at the entrance. First drink: Pay your drink & hand over 1 eco-token per drink. After that: Each time you order a new drink: hand over an empty bottle, can, cup or eco-token. Otherwise, you will have to pay 2 EUR extra.
You can also exchange your empty bottle, can or cup for a new eco-token at the bars in case you don’t want to order a new drink at that moment.

Travel - Public Transport
FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT WITH ‘DE LIJN’ IN ANTWERP
Your valid ticket includes free public transport on Thursday, April 30, and Friday, May 1, 2026 with De Lijn in Antwerp.
During the night there will be a connection from the Lotto Arena to the Park & Ride parkings and the center of Antwerp.

TRAIN/NMBS
Catch a train to Antwerp Central Station. From there, take the metro to the Lotto Arena.

De Lijn will provide night buses to replace tram line 3 towards Linkeroever and P+R Merksem. The buses will depart at least once an hour and will run until the regular trams are back in service. De Lijn staff will be present outside the Lotto Arena to assist visitors with any questions.

The following items are not allowed: opened vape refills, e-liquids, bottles of perfume, aerosol deodorant bottles, selfie sticks, laser gadgets or pointers, food, drinks, any kind of weapons, drugs, football flags or any symbols of racism or hate. Smoking Policy
Smoking or vaping inside the venue is not permitted. Use the designated smoking areas.
Can I buy tickets?
The event is sold-out! Only buy tickets through the official Ticketmaster resale platform.

Have you lost or found anything after the event? Please contact the administrative service center of Lotto Arena via info@lotto-arena.be.
Cashless Refund
If you still have credit left on your prepaid card, you can request a refund.
You can request a refund from Friday, 8 May 2026 until Wednesday, 20 May 2026.
An administrative fee of €3,50 will be deducted from each refund.
After Wednesday, 20 May 2026, the balance of the prepaid card will automatically reset to €0,00.
