You can request a refund from Friday, 10 October 2025 until Wednesday, 22 October 2025.
An administrative cost of € 3,50 per refund will be charged.

After 22 October 2025, the balance of the prepaid card will automatically be set to € 0,-

FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT WITH ‘DE LIJN’ IN ANTWERP
Your valid ticket includes free public transport on Friday, October 3, and Saturday, October 4, 2025 with De Lijn in Antwerp.

During the night there will be a connection from the Lotto Arena to the Park & Ride parkings and the center of Antwerp.

TRAIN/NMBS
Catch a train to Antwerp Central Station. From there, take the metro to the Lotto Arena.

De Lijn will provide night buses to replace tram line 3 towards Linkeroever and P+R Merksem. The buses will depart at least once an hour and will run until the regular trams are back in service. De Lijn staff will be present outside the Lotto Arena to assist visitors with any questions.

Fantasm All Night Long = cashless! There will not be an ATM available. The following payment methods are possible: Maestro, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard or cash.

You’ll receive an eco-token at the entrance. First drink: Pay your drink & hand over 1 eco-token per drink. After that: Each time you order a new drink: hand over an empty bottle, can, cup or eco-token. Otherwise, you will have to pay 2 EUR extra.

You can also exchange your empty bottle, can or cup for a new eco-token at the bars in case you don’t want to order a new drink at that moment.

There will be lockers available during Fantasm All Night Long.

The following items are not allowed: opened vape refills, e-liquids, bottles of perfume, aerosol deodorant bottles, selfie sticks, laser gadgets or pointers, food, drinks, any kind of weapons, drugs, football flags or any symbols of racism or hate. Please visit our general rules and conditions for more information.

Smoking or vaping inside the venue is not permitted. Use the designated smoking areas.
